Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the trader.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuing performance contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services for which the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over a period of time.
Durable medium: Any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Trader: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: An agreement concluded as part of an organised distance sales system for products and/or services, whereby one or more means of distance communication are exclusively used up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.
Means of distance communication: Any means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and trader being physically present in the same place at the same time.
Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions of Lulelle.
Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Lulelle and to every distance contract and order concluded between Lulelle and the consumer.
Before a distance contract is concluded, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Lulelle will indicate where the Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and will provide them free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, these Terms & Conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable medium.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions, the consumer may rely on the applicable provision that is most favourable to them in the event of conflicting terms.
If one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions are wholly or partially invalid or void, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will, where possible, be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects its original purpose.
Situations not expressly covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be assessed in accordance with the purpose and spirit of these Terms & Conditions.
Article 3 – Our Offers
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
All offers are non-binding. Lulelle reserves the right to modify or adjust its offers.
We aim to provide complete and accurate descriptions of all products and/or services. Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products offered. However, colours displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the actual colours of the product.
Obvious errors, inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes in an offer do not bind Lulelle.
Each offer will provide sufficient information for the consumer to understand the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer, including where applicable:

The price of the product or service;

Any applicable shipping costs;

How the agreement is concluded;

Whether the right of withdrawal applies;

Available payment and delivery methods;

The period during which the offer or price remains valid;

Relevant product specifications, such as sizes, colours, and materials.
Any customs clearance fees, import duties, import VAT, or similar charges that apply to an international shipment may be the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions stated in the offer, subject to product availability and the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
When an offer is accepted electronically, Lulelle will confirm receipt electronically. Until this confirmation has been provided, the consumer may be entitled to cancel the agreement where required by applicable law.
Lulelle takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect electronic data transfers and maintain a secure online shopping environment. Appropriate security measures are also used for electronic payments.
Within the limits permitted by law, Lulelle may assess whether an order can responsibly be accepted. Where there are reasonable grounds to do so, Lulelle may refuse an order or attach special conditions to its fulfilment.
All agreements are subject to sufficient availability of the products ordered.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days after receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with reasonable care. The product should only be handled or inspected to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and suitability.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Lulelle within 30 days of receiving the product by sending a written request to:
After notifying us, the consumer must return the product within the applicable return period and should retain proof of shipment.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with all supplied accessories and in their original condition and packaging.
Article 6 – Costs of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Once the return has been received and approved, or sufficient proof of the complete return shipment has been provided, the applicable refund will be processed as soon as possible and within the legally required period.
Article 7 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded where permitted by law and where this has been clearly communicated before purchase.
This may include, among other things:

Products made according to the consumer's specifications;

Clearly personalised products;

Products that cannot reasonably be returned due to their nature;

Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly;

Sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken;

Sealed audio, video, or software products where the seal has been broken;

Other products or services for which withdrawal may legally be excluded.
Article 8 – Prices
Prices will not be increased during the validity period stated in an offer, except where changes result from applicable tax rates, legislation, or other circumstances permitted by law.
All prices are subject to obvious typographical and pricing errors. Lulelle is not required to supply a product at an incorrectly displayed price where the error is clearly recognisable.
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Lulelle aims to ensure that all products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, reasonable standards of quality and usability, and applicable legal requirements.
Any warranty provided by Lulelle, a manufacturer, or importer does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Defects or incorrectly delivered products should be reported to us in writing as soon as reasonably possible. Please contact info@lulelle.com and include your order details and a description of the issue.
Warranty coverage does not apply where a defect results from improper use, unauthorised repair or modification, abnormal circumstances, negligent treatment, or use contrary to supplied instructions.
Article 11 – Delivery & Fulfilment
Lulelle will take reasonable care when receiving and fulfilling orders.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Accepted orders will be fulfilled as quickly as reasonably possible and within the maximum period required by applicable law, unless a different delivery period has been agreed.
If an order cannot be delivered, is significantly delayed, or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be informed where required.
The risk of loss or damage remains with Lulelle until the order has been delivered to the consumer or to a representative designated by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law.
Article 12 – Continuing Performance Contracts
Where Lulelle offers continuing or subscription-based agreements, consumers may terminate such agreements in accordance with the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of purchase and applicable consumer law.
Fixed-term agreements will not be automatically renewed for another fixed term where this is prohibited by applicable law.
Where an agreement continues indefinitely, the consumer will retain the right to terminate it in accordance with applicable statutory notice periods.
Article 13 – Payment
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate payment information.
Any errors in payment information should be reported to Lulelle as soon as possible.
In the event of non-payment, Lulelle may charge reasonable costs where permitted by law and where these costs have been communicated in accordance with applicable requirements.
Payments made through our webshop are processed through the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Article 14 – Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, product, or our service, please contact:
Please provide your order number and a clear description of your complaint so that we can assist you efficiently.
We aim to respond to complaints as quickly as reasonably possible. If additional time is required to investigate a complaint, we will endeavour to inform you accordingly.
If a complaint is found to be justified, Lulelle may provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or another remedy available under applicable law.
Article 15 – Disputes
Agreements between Lulelle and consumers under these Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
Article 16 – CESOP
In accordance with applicable European legislation concerning the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP), payment service providers may be required to record and report certain cross-border payment information to the European CESOP system.
