Shipping Policy
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We apply a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM Canada (GMT-5) will be processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing stage before being shipped.
After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 8–15 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should a delay occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and always aim to keep delays to a minimum.
